What an amazing Halloween Fundraiser we had this year. Everyone was decked out in their most amazing costumes, there was some awesome dancing and a great time was had by all.

ThinkToberfest 2014
Wow, what a spectacular event. Buddy Rogers and his band were spectacular as they managed to keep people on the dance floor for most of the night. We had a full house at Baron’s Manor, we took over both floors. The buffet was spectacular and the service rocked as usual.
2014 Golf Tournament
This time we got even more carried away, we had our awesome Photographer, Andreas Bernauer in to capture life as we lived it. We had 72 golfers out and a great time was had by all. The meal was spectacular as usual and there was even a little bit of golf going on between shenanigans 🙂
2013 Golf Tournament
This year we decided to test the waters at Tall Timbers Golf Course. This year we lowered the price and made this an affordable event for all to participate in. 60 participants and a whole lot of fun. We had some great donated items as usual and everyone had a great time.
First Golf tournament – 2012
This year we decided to test the waters in organizing a Golf Tournament. It was a significant challenge but as an experimental event it was a significant learning success. A lot more people participating in the organizing committee would have been a great help but all in all, it worked out OK. 40 participants and a whole lot of fun. We had some great donated items highlighted by a Pavel Bure autographed Jersey which went significantly up in value the night before the tournament due to an induction into the Hockey Hall of Fame.
Everyone that participated had a wonderful time and are excited for next year’s event. One of the lessons I took away was that we need an official photographer for the event next year. I managed to gather a few photo’s but am missing a significant number of participants and for that I do apologize.
Since 2010
We have always believed that if you are good to others, Karma will be good to you. Since the TRBN created our Think Giving Non profit society in 2010, our Chapters have raised all the money for and sponsored 135 families in need through various organizations that support the community within the areas we network in. Our first families were sponsored in 2010 and we have never looked back.
